This article shows you how to log a call in Salesforce.

To Log a Call, go to a Salesforce Record, navigate to the Activity section and click Log a Call.

Add some details about the call and click Save.

  • Subject - a short description about the call.
  • Comments - details about the call.
  • Name - the name of the selected record in Salesforce.
  • Related To - option to relate the call to another record in Salesforce. Search by data object.
