This article shows you how to create an Email Signature in Salesforce which will be used when sending emails.

To add an Email Signature follow these steps:

  1. Select My Settings from the dropdown list at the top of the page under your username.
  2. Click into Email > My Email Settings.
  3. The default Ongoing Email Settings are usually correct, but you can update as needed.
  4. Add a suitable Email Signature and click Save.
