This article shows you how to connect to Campaign Monitor after the application has been installed in your Salesforce environment by an administrator.



Opening Campaign Monitor in Salesforce


You can open Campaign Monitor via the App Launcher in the top left hand corner of the interface.




Campaign Monitor Apps


Campaign Monitor has 2 Apps to choose from:

  • Campaign Monitor Admin - should only be available to administrators and steps should be taken to configure and understand the admin area before running any campaigns.
  • Campaign Monitor - for Marketing Users to run campaigns, manage subscriber lists, manage subscription rules, etc.




Connecting to Campaign Monitor


Clicking on any Campaign Monitor Tab within either of the 2 apps will prompt you to connect to your Campaign Monitor account.

Click Connect and a window will open asking for your Campaign Monitor credentials.



Add your Campaign Monitor credentials and click Log in. If you're yet to sign up for a Campaign Monitor account, you can click on the Sign up link.

Once connected you can step through a short wizard to configure your environment with Campaign Monitor.



If you ever need to disconnect your Campaign Monitor account, go to the Campaign Monitor Admin App, go to the Sync Settings Tab and click on Disconnect.
